For 25+ years, I've worked alongside executives and teams across finance, healthcare, research, and manufacturing, including JPMorgan Chase, UBS, Mercedes-Benz USA, and Bristol Myers Squibb. What I've learned is that most leadership challenges aren't really about strategy. They're about people, patterns, and the systems they operate within.
